One of my new obsessions is chipotle marinated chicken. This was the third batch I’ve made and each one gets better as my stomach lining deteriorates.
I used the leftovers for a quick and healthy chicken salad. Ok. Maybe ranch wasn’t the healthiest dressings but the lettuce has to be good for something.
