Sometimes after a night on the town you want a decent breakfast. Other days you want the little men recklessly driving bumper cars in your brain to mercifully stop.
For the past month I’ve wanted French toast in the worst of ways.
So today I decided to cast aside my disdain for measuring things and get at it.
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
Dip the bread in the mixed up concoction. Slap em down on the griddle. Flip.
