Almost every time I make pizza I burn the roof of my mouth. It comforts me that I’m not the only one afflicted by what I’m calling P.I.P. (pizza impatience problem).
It also highlights how much I love a good pizza pie. So much that I will singe the roof of my mouth to the extent that the next week is filled with whining.
Tonight’s jazzed up take-and-bake features fresh green peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes and sliced salami.
I’m hoping writing this post took long enough for the pizza to cool down to only mildly scald my mouth.
